No commercial use, no subletting, no parties.
Music and outdoor noises must be kept low after 9:00 PM. Between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM, there should be no external disturbances from music or voices.
Upon check-out, the tenant is obligated to leave the rental property by 10:00 AM in a swept, garbage-free, washed, and orderly condition, including terraces, living areas, pool area, barbecue, etc. Furniture should be returned to its original position.
In consideration of subsequent tenants, we kindly request that you refrain from smoking inside the rental property.
Due to the general risk of fire, public fires are legally prohibited in the summer.
The tenant is responsible for daily disposal of generated trash.
Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM.

Payment Policy
Please transfer / wire in time as we process other bookings in parallel and you may lose your reservation after the given date (maximum binding reservation period)! We accept cash, bank transfer, PayPal & Credit Cards with an additional 4% fee. If you are transferring the money from abroad, please note that you have to pay the bank transfer fee additionally.
